Having matriculated in 2014, Ayanda obtained a BA in Communication at North-West University’s (NWU) Vanderbijlpark campus before relocating in January 2018 to Potchefstroom to study towards the degree BA Honours in Journalism and Media Studies. Ayanda already has experience in broadcast radio, having co-hosted two radio shows at River FM. Read the full press release here.
Similar to the first Burke Scholar, Lindi first obtained a BA in Communication at North-West University’s (NWU) Vanderbijlpark campus before relocating in January 2019 to Potchefstroom to study towards the degree BA Honours in Journalism and Media Studies. In the developing tradition of transitions, Thabang first obtained a BA in Communication at North-West University’s (NWU) Vanderbijlpark campus before relocating in January 2020 to Potchefstroom to study towards the degree BA Honours in Journalism and Media Studies.
